I just had a wonderful experience at Ichiban. Friends have recommended it to us. All you can eat sushi. What a bargain. I thought the rolls would be prepared with alot of rice, but they weren't. I started my meal with miso soup and ginger salad that came with the meal. Appertizers were also offered, but I chosed not to have. I ordered tuna, wahoo and unagi sushi along with a wonderful tuna delite roll. All arrived in a timely fashion. I ordered again, the restaurant is now full to capacity...
